As the former Director of Nursing, Kovalev has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Victor Kovalev, MA, LMHC, RN is a seasoned healthcare professional with a broad and in-depth scope of experience within the capacities of private practitioner and organizational administration. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), member of the National Board of Certified Counselors and a Registered Nurse. He was awarded a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from New School University, NY with a focus on psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. He had an independent private clinical practice contracted with multiple insurance companies providing clinical services including psychodynamic profiling, marriage and family counseling, private counseling, child, and adolescent counseling across the continuum of care. Victor attained his nursing degree and subsequently functioned in many roles and has been a nursing administrator for 8 years enhancing operations across multiple psychiatric facilities.

With over 30 years of experience, he is poised to take on the responsibilities of Chief Nursing Officer at Clean Recovery Centers. In his elevated position, Kovalev will play a crucial role in shaping and overseeing the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care for individuals on the path to recovery.
